Seeking God thru Biblical Prayers
The purpose of Heb is to present
the sufficiency and superiority
of Christ; whilst for James is to
expose the hypocritical practices
and teach right Christian behaviour.
On Monday, we learn from Heb 4
on Prayer for Mercy & Favor of God.
On Tuesday, we learn from Heb 10
on Prayer of Faith & Perseverance.
On Wednesday, we learn fr Heb 13
that Great Shepherd Will Help Us.
On Thursday, we learn from James 1
on Living Out Persevering Faith.
On Friday, we learn from James 4
on Humbly Drawing Near to God.
On Saturday, we learn from James 5
to Seek God with Prayer of Faith.
Let us humble ourselves and pray
and seek His face. Help us O God
be Christ’s disciples who purpose
to draw near to You, be prayerful, persevering and trusting in You;
for You’re merciful, caring & faithful.
